Book Reviews
Animal Farm by George Orwell
Another Orwell classic, this book is the accompany reading to 1984. This book is an allegory, where everything represents something else. The brilliance of the book is that it is written at about a grade four level, disguised innoscently enough as an animal adventure beast-fable. But as you go deeping into Orwell's world, you quickly see that all is not what it seems, and there are clear parallels to the Orwell farm, and the real events of Europe in the 20th Century. I trust you've all read the book by this point in your lives, but if there IS a slacker out there who is yet to read it, I suggest you do ASAP.
